Looking for some guidance on resolving a never ending rebate disaster. After almost 6 months of misinformation and blatant dishonesty from countless Verizon Wireless Customer Service agents, I still have an outstanding rebate of $200 due to me for porting over 4 lines of service to Verizon from AT&T. Is there an escalated customer service number that anyone could recommend that I contact? The absolute last date that this final rebate should have been received by us was June 28, 2025 and I have been told over and over that "the rebate center is backed up . . . " or give it 1 to 2 more weeks" . . . 8 extra weeks is more than reasonable and now I am ready to escalate this to I higher level.
