I have been a Verizon customer for over 16 years. I am going to be leaving Verizon. First of all, our bill continues to increase and discounts only get applied if we call and ask for it every single month. We traded in old phones for new ones supposed to be getting $800 for each phone (3 phones traded in $2400 total) BUT if you pay off the new phone early, you lose that discount and have to pay the full price and Verizon gets your old phones for nothing. And of course they won’t give you your old phone back either. Verizon has found little ways to take from you what was owed to you abs be able to get away with it. We have 4 lines and pay WAY TO MUCH for them not being able to utilize our discounts or trade ins. Verizon is absolutely NOT customer forward. We will be leaving Verizon and going elsewhere.
