In July 2025 I called tech support because 2 or 3 channels were pixilated. After going through all of the steps some sort of reboot on Verizon's end appeared to resolve the problem. Now it's back for one channel (Bravo) and support cannot resolve it. A tech is scheduled, but I don't understand how a 1 channel issue could equate to a problem in my house.
I've been a Verizon customer for many years. A year ago I upgraded to The Most Fios TV 3.0 and 1 Gig Streaming and I have never had more issues.
