I received an email on September 14, 2025 notifying me that my rewards were available for redemption. I followed the link in the email. I see the reward tiles: $200 Verizon gift card and $200 Amazon gift card. When I click on either tile, I get sent to a blank page. Please help me redeem these cards. I called customer service and was told they expired. But that’s impossible since I just got the email 2 days ago.
