I recently enrolled in a Verizon Fios service, and my account shows that I am eligible to redeem the promotional rewards (JBL PartyBox On-the-Go).
However, whenever I try to redeem them through the Verizon Rewards website, I receive a system error message saying:
“We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later or call 1-844-236-4769 for assistance.”
I have tried multiple times, on different browsers and devices, but the error keeps occurring. Since the redemption deadline is October 19, 2025, I want to make sure I don’t miss out on my rewards because of this system issue.
Could you please assist me in manually processing my redemption, or provide an alternative way to claim the rewards?
