Can't receive calls or dial out on iPhone after Customer Service's intervention

Customer service is horrible I asked to speak with a manager and was told he wasn’t available he was on break. I talk to 5 different representatives today about fixing my phone that they made worse than what it was before I called. I have a new iPhone that I can’t receive calls on or dial out on after Verizon representative did a reset on my phone.

Is your iPhone stuck on SOS after this reset process? If so, you'd need a new eSIM because your old one was erased.

I called twice and got 2 different reps who both wanted me to sign up for Solution service! Wouldn't help at all just wanted me to sign up for this "protection!" Thought I'd called Verizon tech support from the number at their website! Poor service!! Going to US Cellular!!!

I've now spent 4 hours trying get them to simply activate my phone after eSIM didn't transfer during iPhone upgrade. Went over an hour with online support for them to tell me go through all the simple reset steps (ALSO all while continuously trying to sign me up for solution service), only for them to then tell me I needed to call the 800-922-0204 number for more advanced service. HUH? Call the number, The AI assistant is absolutely HORRIBLE. After finally got through that to wait for over 2 HOURS, just to get disconnected. Now waiting in line again and about to the 30 minute mark. why can't you simply call and talk to someone? This is ridiculous.
