I have recently been trying to contact the verzion business team about getting a static IPv6 and BGP set up on my account. I always get funneled into the advanced business team which is foreign and after sitting in silence for ~25-30 minutes while they "try to exhaust all their resources" then the line hangs up. Chat support tells me call the business support and its the same song and dance. The one time chat support managed to get a ticket for BGP set up a member of the advanced business team reached out about someone else using my ASN on their network but was unable to help with BGP (how???) and told me to reach out to who never responded to any email I sent. Great job guys. Your chat sold me a business gateway with the promise of BGP peering and the entire support chain has fallen apart. Ive been working on this for hours on end and any time an agent is working on getting to the static IPv6 it hangs up, so haven't gotten anywhere close to BGP yet. Please fix your customer service or just let me do it in the business dashboard myself.
