I have been waiting for a bill credit for about a month. I received half of the credit 3 weeks ago. I was promised that the remaining credit request was sent to HQ on 9/5 and would be applied by 9/9. I called on 9/10 because I did not receive the credit. I was told that the credit was verified by HQ and would take 5-6 business days so I would receive an email and credit by 9/13, which I did not. So I called again on 9/15 and was told that the credit was not reflecting on the bill and a ticket had to be created for a manager to address. I was told to call back in a couple of days if the credit still was not reflecting on the account. I have made at least 6 phone calls regarding these credits and I still don’t have a complete resolution as of 9/17. At this point I feel like I need to change wireless carriers after 17 years of having Verizon service. I am not a happy customer.
