Deleted Verizon eSim by mistake

I deleted the Verizon eSim by mistake and I can't use the My Verizon app because I got automatically signed out and when I try to sign back in it sends a verification code to my phone number assocated with the deleted esim device and I can't complete the verification because the esim was deleted and my iPhone lost connection with the carrier. How do I resolve this issue?

Removing an iPhone's eSIM is not possible through Find My iPhone. The device itself is the only place where the eSIM can be removed. For instructions on how to remove your eSIM, please refer to https://support.apple.com/en-us/102421 -James

I'm not a business user, I have a personal account. I can't use the My Verizon app because it sends me a verification code to the phone number of this iphone when I try to sign in but the iphone cannot receive this code because the esim was deleted and I can't login to the My Verizon account to redownload the deleted esim by push notification.

Thanks for getting back to us. Do you have Wi-Fi at your location? Is it giving you an activation screen?

Seems like you'd need to redo the phone activation, but the stuff I'm finding about getting a new eSIM all has references to signing into My Verizon, which you can't do currently since the 2FA is going to your currently non-working phone.

I did find something else on the website saying to power down the phone, then follow the prompts for activation. However, if it is still trying to route you through My Verizon, then your only recourse is to find a landline or borrow someone else's phone to call Verizon so they can do the activation of the phone for you, or to visit a Verizon store.

I would have thought it does, because this is the recommended process if your iPhone is lost or stolen in order to factory reset it. Otherwise, a thief could continue to use the phone on your service until you contact your carrier to blacklist the phone. The Apple Support Community probably has a more definitive answer though.
