I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and every 2, now 3 years I can upgrade to a new phone for free... UNTIL the last round. It seems I need to change my plan to get my free phone. Let's break down what that means. In order to change my plan, I no longer get the service I currently have for the same price. But for +$10 a month we can give you close to the current service you have. How dumb do I have to be to get LESS for MORE? But that's the only way to get the free phone. So as a 20+ year customer, we're sorry, we want you to get short-changed on the deal.
Does Loyalty mean anything anymore to Verizon? Being a customer that has a grandfathered in plan because we were smart and kept what was BETTER doesn't count for anything.
AND why is the only state that has 55+ plans Florida?? Does no one over 55+ live anywhere else in the US???
The 55+ community does know how to use tiktok & if you (Verizon) doesn't want to seem unfair, maybe you should reward customer Loyalty.
