I used my $200 verizon gift card to buy a Google Hub on sept 1 and havent recieved it yet. Not even any update emails. I couldn't get the gift card to go through so I had to get assistance with chat. They ended up doing it for me and it worked fine but where is my order?? I've tried to use chat multiple times but all they'll say is " you should receive an email shortly" and "shortly" never comes. This is crazy! I can get temu orders faster than this!
