I was finally able to redeem rewards today.
I called 1-844-236-4769. This is what they told me to do.
First, try redeeming on a PC or MAC. Clear caches on your browser
Go to Verizon.com/homeoffers and log in.
Click on the reward tile.
At this point, you should get to a screen that asks you to verify your email. After that, you should be able to redeem the reward, which will be emailed in 24-48 hours.
