I am a Verizon Fios and Wireless Customer. How do I get ESPN Unlimited access?

I've tried to follow those directions multiple times. I ve called customer support. They didn't even know what espn unlimited was. The directions mention go to the "Streaming Section". That doesn't exist. It says go to the "Unified Dashboard" and choose the ESPN icon. Also doesn't exist. I pay so much money for FIOS and I couldn't even watch Wrestlepalooza. Unacceptable. Very unhappy with the service right now. HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO ESPN UNLIMITED? And PLEASE don't send the link to the directions that don't work.
