I redeemed the Nintendo Switch and JBL speaker after waiting the 60 day period and kept my account and bills in good standing.
I originally placed and redeemed the items, but after 3 weeks without any updates i reached out to customer service. They gave me the basic “run-around” and then told me the orders didn’t process until almost 30 days later. They could not give me an answer to why i had 2 order numbers for both promotional items being ordered on the 9th and then they proceeded give me 2 additional new order numbers for the items processed on the 26th.
I reached out a second time to customer service after waiting over a month and was still not given any new information and they could not answer my questions.
Sadly, after doing some research it seems a lot of other people have faced similar issue with Verizon promotion and deal.
Waiting almost 3 months and still have not received shipping on either promotional items.
