Hello. I hope everyone is doing well.
I received an email from Verizon Wireless inviting me to upgrade my device and keep my grandfathered plan, which Verizon no longer offers.
I want to know if I were to accept the offer, if the plan will, in fact, remain unchanged.
I usually purchase the device directly from Apple and then call Verizon Wireless to complete the activation process with a representative who has assured me at all times that my plan will never change.
Could someone please let me know if I should keep my current plan and continue purchasing the phone from Apple, or if accepting the offer from Verizon would keep my plan in place?
