Created a new order for a phone with alloted trade in, after completing order, notice wrong phone was listed for purchase, quickly chatted to correct error the same day. After 2 hours chatting, fixing, reordering, i had to end connection. Now trade in for same phone shows available on all screens but when i try to complete the order the discount offer disappears. Made multiple attempts to chats, text, but noone can resolve “clearing” the phone trade in so i can reorder a new phone.
I’ve looked everywhere on my verizon to clear up, but no luck.
Want to create a new correct order with trade in listed with offered savings! Told 48 -72 hours story but still not cleared.
