I've been a customer for over 9 years....over the past couple of weeks I've spent at least 5 hours of phone calls. Starting since 6/29 when one of the reps switched my plan and said it woukd be better. My bill for 1 smart phone and 1 flip phone for just text and talk went up from $125 to $397!! Obviously it was not a better plan!! I was charged a $240 fee that I have no idea what it is and they can't explain. Finally, last week, I complained on here and chatted with a representative who apologized and said they woukd be waiving this $240 fee and had me pay another $70 on top of a payment tgat another representative promised that I only had to pay $95.34 and all else would be waived. Now, I look at my bill that is due on 10/8 and again this $240 past due amount is due!! What is going on?! Here I am again on hold wasting more of my time to talk about this $240 charge that is still due after "Joe" promised woukd be credited along with the $70!! Why do they make promises and assure you that all is good when it is not!! I'm leaving to another provider!!
