Hello, I am a new customer. I decided to switch from TMobile and give Verizon a try. It was a huge mistake.
one of my lines didn’t have service and tried to call customer service for help but was on hold for over an hour and was given the run around transferred to multiple departments that would eventually hand up on me. I have not been able to get the help that I need and one of my lines still does not have any service. I am starting to regret my decision. I never had any customer issues with T-Mobile
