I am writing regarding the free JBL speaker that was promised as part of my Verizon Fios service order. I have received the redemption email, but when I click the link provided, it returns a “URL broken / page not found” error. Is this an ongoing issue anyone?
According to Verizon’s offer redemption policy:
- Eligibility Requirements – I understand that the home-speaker offer is contingent upon certain requirements (for example, maintaining the service for a specified number of days) before the offer becomes redeemable.
- Redemption Process – The offer should appear under the “Exclusive Home Offers” (or “Home Offers”) tile in my My Verizon account dashboard, and clicking that tile should allow the offer to be redeemed.
In light of those guidelines, could you please:
- Verify whether I meet all eligibility criteria for the speaker (service active, account in good standing, waiting period fulfilled, etc.);
- Fix or send a correct redemption link so I can successfully claim the JBL speaker;
- Or provide guidance if there is another way I should redeem the offer beyond the broken link.
