Customer of 26 years. We upgraded to an iPhone 16 2 weeks ago, but realized the 17 was about to come out. We returned the 16 and paid the $50 restocking fee.
Now I am told I cannot get the $1100 promo trade in, until the original phone is connected for 60 days. The phone was connected for over 3 years!
I really need some help because after 26 years and no issues, I am starting to feel like it's easier to just go to another provider.
