what plan do I have and what are some upgrades
You should be able to see your service plan and details when logged into My Verizon. If you turn on the enable promotions or whatever the "get notified about special offers" option is in your account, then you will get either emails or texts about promotions. However, I have noticed that promos will only apply to current service plans, so if you have something which is not available to incoming customers, then you can't get any promotions unless you upgrade your service plan to something current.
