I am going on a cruise and wanted to make sure to cancel the travel pass after I accumulated 6 day because our cruise is 4 days long. I knew it was 10 bucks a month for 3 day and I had 3 days already. I just needed to know when I would be charged for the other 3 days so I could make sure to cancel it. ( I have 12 days on one line because I forgot and I'll never use these 12 within a year) the person couldn't give me this basic information. He/she just tried to explain after the third day I would be charged $12 a day. Along with asking how my day is going and a bunch of other unneeded conversation. I get they are trying to to the recommended small talk but just get people who can understand my basic question. Then he/she swit he'd me to another person and once I asked to just give me the survey I was switched to somebody else indefinitely. I disconnected chat and called up live person and phone and she was able to give me an answer within 3 minutes.
