Ok, Verizon does not seem like they are ever going to resolve this issue where they have wrongfully canceled our service for "fraud" (though there has been no fraud, and they refuse to even tell us what caused them to do this in the first place.). So I am done with Verizon. I want nothing else to do with this company.
Who do I need to contact and what do I need to do to get this iPhone I bought unlocked so that I can bring it to MetroPCS or some other company. I should not have to buy ANOTHER new iPhone when I have done nothing wrong.
