When I submitted a ticket with UDIG and Verizon has underground utilities in the area, they always responded with, "DESIGN CONFLICT, PLEASE SHARE DESIGN DRAWINGS WITH OUR ENGINEERING DEPT. UTILITY OWNER WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU." Never once have they tried to contact me. When I call the contact they gave me and send him an email with our limits or design drawings for any records they may have, I'm met with radio silence. Is there a better way of contacting them, and getting the information I need?
