Loyal 19+ year customer. We just got 3 new iPhone 16's two months ago. Paid all the fees for upgrade on the next bill. We were told our new bill would be less than our bill was before the upgrade. Now we get the first bill and Verizon removed the $20 loyalty discount thereby making our new bill higher than our old bill. How can Verizon sell us new phones, tell us the monthly bill will be lower, and then remove the discount and increase our bill on the first bill? Has anyone called Verizon and dealt with this issue yet? I just sat with them on the phone after the upgrade because the Verizon store rep messed up and that took over an hour on the phone to fix.
