I have an old ZenPad that I want to connect to my non-smart TV. I tried a USB-C to HDMI cable, but it didn't work. Can I output my tablet display to a TV via cable? If so, what cable(s)/adaptor do I need?
I understand, upon review and research, the Asus Tech is correct. That model Zenpad does not support video output thru any cables. We appreciate you reaching out. Should be able to be of more assistance including looking at new equipment that may support this function, just let us know.

Hey JenR1, thanks for reaching out regarding yoru tablet! You mentioned you're looking to connect yoru tablet to a TV. Would you have the ability to cast to your TV using a device such as a Roku or Chromecast? Does your TV have an HDMI port?

I do not have a wi-fi casting device. The TV does have an HDMI port, however, the ASUS tech I spoke to said my model tablet cannot output to TV via any cable.
