Ordered the Iphone 17 pro earlier today and was excited to pick it up at my local verizon store because it was said to be in stock. Little did I know it was backordered and wasn't told until I checked out and went back to review my order. I am really upset about this because I even tried to cancel my order or change the pickup location to another store that does currently have it in stock, but nothing, no support from the Verizon team. I have tried contacting an agent over the phone, through the in app chat line, and even the online chat line, yet nothing at all. There have just been ridiculous wait times which get me nowhere. I am really upset about this and just want to know when I will be able to receive my phone or be able to go to the verizon store and pick it up. Gosh.
