When I went to pick up my device 9/19/2025 that I ordered from apple online with the Verizon Carrier deal, Apple rep was unable to get it connected through verizon due to server issues. i was at the store 3 hours, made 2 visits and spent 2 hours on the phone with the verizon rep.
I ended up having to cancel the order and now i have to wait 4 weeks to get my phone. very unacceptable and disappointing experience.
