I ordered a new iPhone 17pro, an iPad, and a new watch (using the bundle offer) last week. I have my order #[redacted] and location code [redacted]. I have spoken to 4 agents and each one says that it’s shipping the next day. The status said it was supposed to ship on Friday and I paid for a Saturday delivery. Everything is in stock. They said that it’s basically stuck in the warehouse, which makes no sense. I’m traveling abroad this weekend. Is there any way to expedite this since I’ve already paid?? It’s very frustrating as I’ve spent hours verifying my identity just to get them to approve the purchase. Now it’s just staying in the approved/shipping status. I’m losing my mind because they are talking in circles. My friend ordered the exact same items a day before me, and received them in 2 days. Please help.
