I am new to this forum and writing because I have been trying to get a live agent to address my problem and it is impossible for them to solve anything. They say they will call back in a few days, and weeks go by and the promise is just that, an empty promise. This case is a matter of not receiving some of the rewards advertised when signing for FIOS services. This is because they are being sent to the wrong address and despite letting VERIZON know ahead of time of the address issue, the rewards are still being delivered to another home over 23 miles away from my home. VERIZON to this date has not file a claim with UPS to retrieve the merchandise, and this was in August. It also seems extremely suspicious that the E-mail address linked to getting the UPS notifications to track the merchandise is not mine. Very frustrating. In the meantime, I am being charge a monthly fee because VERIZON thinks I have the merchandise that was rerouted to another household, and they have failed to claim! Today I received notification of another reward sent to the same wrong address, I have spent hours trying to get a human in Verizon to help me with intercepting the delivery since I am the receiver I am not allowed to change information on the address. I also checked this new tracking number and it is also linked to the suspicious Email address that it is not mine. Can a Verizon agent investigate and get to the bottom of this mess, Please!
