I live in 07945, in a very populated area of NJ, about 3 streets away from a cell phone tower. And yet, I get 1 to 2 bars of service if I get any at all. I'm in sales, and half of my calls drop--it directly affects my livelihood. What's crazy is that I'm about 5 miles from the Verizon headquarters, and I know there are top Verizon executives living in my neighborhood. How this continues to go on is beyond me. I pay for a plan for me, my wife, my nanny, my father, and will soon have 2 kids at cell phone age. And to be honest, I can't justify paying Verizon for this level of service. What can be done to rectify this?
