LTE Network Extender

Hi. I purchased a Verizon LTE Network Extender in March. It's been working fine until earlier this month when it reset, and has been getting stuck ever since on "Connecting to SeGW Server; Please Wait." It looks like this is a common issue. The Verizon Assistant was useless, so I'm hoping someone from Verizon Support can message me directly with a recommended fix. Thanks.

To resolve the "Connecting to SeGW Server" error on a network extender, start by restarting the extender and your router. Next, check your router's firewall settings to ensure that VPN Passthrough is enabled and that no ports are disabled.
