Verizon Residential website does not let me log in. It either keeps me in an endless loop with no place to actually sign in (desktop) or it lets me sign in and then says this on my laptop and phone: "To watch videos, you will need to subscribe to NULL."
I hate their app and would prefer to see my account through a browser, but...
I contacted their tech team and they said to try again in a couple of hours, but I think that's just their way of getting rid of me.
Anyone else having this issue?
