I just wanna know why it’s so hard to just claim this gift card. I feel like you guys had this pop-up right before I was about to check out. And that’s fine but just like other opportunities to get gift cards are not this hard. I’d prefer it to come in with my order. Not having to go on Reddit and other paper trails just to find out how to redeem it. That’s just not fair Verizon. And I still can’t even redeem my gift card. So I just wanna know why you guys can’t make it as simple as easy as target scanning a card and giving it to the customer and not this. I don’t even have a promotion code to even go through your rebate center option so please tell me why when I finish my purchase for Verizon an automatic promotional code for that gift card isn’t already automatically just given to to me right after purchase. So it’s not easy to redeem this gift card and you guys need to do something about that. That’s not fair to your customers that we have to go on a rabbit hole just to find the information that you guys should already be giving to us right off the bat.
