I lost my iphone unfortunately. The battery went dead unfortunately so find my iphone didn't work for me, or trying to signal with my watch. I went online to order another phone and wanted to have it shipped to my work address so I can sign for it. When I went in to change the address to my work, the system wanted to send me a verification code that I could not receive because I lost the phone. Got on with chat to see if they could assist. Rep told me go ahead and make the order and they would create a ticket to have the phone shipped to my work. So I did. Went back to confirm and the session had timed out. Went back into chat, was linked with another rep who told me that I actually needed to cancel that order because shipping address can't be changed after order was made. OK so the first rep just lied about the whole ticket thing. In the process of cancelling that order, I had to be transferred to another agent to assist. Well that agent told me to just take my id into the store and pick up the phone anyway....I told them I ordered a refurb phone that was online only, gave me their word that I could just go into the store. This morning I opened chat again with another agent who told me again, the order would have to be cancelled. So now I waiting 24 hours to cancel an order I was told to go ahead and make. It made me lose all faith in Verizon.
