I’m a regular customer but my phone number is being held hostage by a group of hackers who are using a business account and a fraudulent domain over my phone number itself so anything and everything that I use my phone for is being compromised. I have tried calling support hundreds of times regarding this issue and I have been transferred to every department there is sometimes in repetition to get placed on hold only for the phone to mysteriously (not so) hang up. I know the name (have given it to level two tech coach)of the owner and the number of fraudulently domain that is holding my number hostage. I also pay the extra $25 a month for the extra security for the past two years and the only thing that they did was protect the identity of the person who is trying to steal my identity. I figured this out when I was trying to get into the cloud but I couldn’t because the hacker opened the cloud in a different area code so even though I was in my area code where the bill goes I wasn’t and still haven’t been able to access the cloud?
