Trying to get any of my Verizon Fios promotions has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I’ve ever had. When signing up, I was promised these offers and ease of offer redemption. It's starting to feel like I have to beg for the offers that I was promised. I get error codes and issues every time I try to redeem my rewards from the Home Offers page, which is how I was told to redeem them. For the past month, every time I try to redeem anything I get this issue: We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again late
