Hello, I am trying to get a return shipping label for iPhone 17. The return has been initiated but I never received a shipping label. I can’t get any assistance online or via phone call. CS just puts me on hold passing me to different agents getting me nowhere.
I also went to a Verizon retail store only for the associate to tell me she can’t accept the return because the line was discontinued online.
The return policy doesn’t state anything to support her denying my return request. Never seen a company not send a customer a return shipping label upon request. The iPhone was delivered five days ago. This all feels intentional.
