I redeemed the Nintendo Switch and JBL speaker after completing the 60-day requirement and keeping my account in good standing.
- It has now been 1 month and 7 days since then, and I still haven’t received either item. The first time I contacted customer service, they told me the order is now going to be shipped and I would receive tracking number within 20 minutes, but nothing ever came. When I called back about few days, I was told a completely different story: that both items were on backorder with no estimated timeframe.
What makes this worse is that Verizon continues to advertise the same promotions such as Nintendo Switch, while customers like me are left waiting without answers.
After looking into it, I’ve noticed many other people reporting the same problems with Verizon’s promotional offers. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to loyal customers who meet all the requirements.
Verizon, you need to do better.
