FIOS TV One doesn't stay on Favorites if I turn TV off

Verizon did a mandatory upgrade of my set-top box in April. Before that, I could set it the on-screen Guide to my Favorites 1 list and it would stay that way indefinitely. But now, every time I turn the TV on, it's back at Subscribed channels. Anyone know why?

By the way, my new remote doesn't have a Favorites button.

I'd try powercycling the box by removing the power cord for at least 3 minutes then plugging it back in. Once you set the favorite guide view it should stay that way. Also if you have the 4100 series boxes make sure this is enabled:

Main Menu > Guide > Settings > Last Viewed Guide State

Fios+ boxes:

Settings•Fios TV device•Viewing preferences•Guide and channel settings> Remember filters should be ON.
