I am really disappointed in the availability of devices for senior customers. Most older people have issues with small print, therefore flip phones are not a viable option, along with the old style of texting. Most elderly don't need 50 apps on their phone. The age demographic of 50 and older makes up about 26% of Verizon customer base. I am now forced to help my elderly father cancel his Verizon plan in order to find a carrier who focuses on all of their customers needs, not just young tech driven customers. So better for your customers Verizon.
