Awful. No other way to describe it. Verizon, without notifying me, randomly cancelled my internet services. When my internet stopped working, I checked for local outages. There are always local outages. Two days later I contact customer support to find out it's not due to local outages, it's due to them cancelling my services. They don't know why. So they recommend I create a new account. I do that. Two months later, they're still billing my old account whose services they terminated. Spend hours with customer service reps "Sarah" and "Eva" and a number of others who are clearly not actually named Sarah or Eva or any of the names they gave me. Everyone apologies and thanks you for your patience before they transfer you to someone else who starts the whole process over again. By the end of it, they were asking me to fill out tickets and wait for tech support due to a broken device. That never came up. They aren't there to help you. They are there to be as useless as possible until you give up complaining. Worst provider ever. I already cancelled all cable with them as On Demand never worked and half my channels came in with static or lag. As soon as I leave and have to set up new cable provider, I'll be going with someone different. Verizon is just awful and there really is no excuse for absolutely garbage quality of a product that costs as much as this does.
