A limb fell and took down the Verizon landline wire on my property a couple of weeks ago. I am not a Verizon landline customer, as this is an old line from when we had that service. Trying to contact Verizon to report this is next to impossible. It doesn’t really fall under a category with their overseas call center. Any idea how to get help on this issue in the local community, where the house is located? I would be fine with them just taking the wind down entirely, but right now it is on the ground from the pole to my lakehouse.
