I upgraded to an iPhone 17 pro and it said it will be available to pick up today in 1 hour....its been 2 hours and no update. Still waiting on customer service for a call back. No where in my order placement did it say it was on backorder. This was needed today, an hour ago. It was supposedly available in all 3 of the verizon stores near me. I would have chose another option that was available had I known it would not be ready today. And I have already been charged the amount, however I HAVE NO PRODUCT. I'm highly upset!
