I have been with Verizon for many many years. I just got a message when i signed in to my account that they wanted to give me a $10 discount off my bill. I hit yes and my bill went up by $10!!!!! Now i have been waiting over 25 minutes to talk to someone just to be transferred around to different departments. I am going to get out of this company once and for all.
