My DVR will not record scheduled series recordings on Channel 1515, Antena 3, and there is an icon in front of the shows that have already been recorded that looks like a shield with a cross or a plus in the middle of it. The last time it recorded was November 5th.
Verizon technical support and a service tech have been unable to resolve this.
Channel 1515 will record some shows, but not all. This is very frustrating and has been going on for too long. Does anybody have any idea what the issue is, or what that icon means? Thank you
