I recently joined FIOS and am supposed to receive a $200 gift card and JBL Partybox on the go. I was waiting for the "ready to redeem" status, which was on September 25th. Since then, I've been trying to access the gift card without success. The system shows an error message, telling me to try again later or to call 844-236-4769, as mentioned by others. Has anyone successfully received their gift card?
