How do I reach someone honest and not trying to lie or screw me over with Verizon. I’ve spent over 7 hours now trying to deal with an on going issue and have gotten the run around. I talked to a supervise who made a deal with me to stay with Verizon after ongoing problems with my bill and having numerous sales reps in store and over the phone try to added things on to my plan, upgrade my plan when told I had tile then what plan I wanted, and then try to upgrade my phone when I told them what I wanted, I’ve had to call after any change I have made with my plan so to lies or adding something I did not want. Then last draw had a Supervisor Kai tell me he was going to do one thing and then get the bill and what he told me was not taken care of. Spent 2 hrs on the phone to have the first person tell me they couldn’t find it in the notes so escalated it to a “floor supervisor” who found it after I had stated all calls are recorded, right. How he then found it in the notes as to what I had told him. Asked to have him and another person I had dealt with who knew what was agreed soon give me a call back the next day with no call back. I am sick of Verizon stating I am a valued customer when I am a prey they think they can take advantage of any chance they can get vs a customer they value and would want to keep. Now I will have to try for numerous hours to get this situation fixed. None of this should ever happen with an honest company who values their customers. In hind site I should have left this company many years ago but gave the benefit of the doubt to some bad eggs but with every sales they make with me is mind blowing. They have to train people to be this way because I can’t believe everyone there is looking out for themselves vs the customer. Let me know about anyone else’s issues they have had.
