I was on the phone with tech today for over an hour ordering a new phone. I was assured it would arrive today via pro on the go, I need a new phone asap as I missed my new job orientation this morning due not being able to use maps or other services. My phone never arrived instead I received an email saying my order was cancelled because delivery was unsuccessful. I was NEVER contacted about a delivery and I waited home all day after being told delivery window was end of call, around 11 am, to 9pm. This is outrageous and of course I do not find out until after customer service and stores are closed. I am beyond upset by this and have no choice but to try again tomorrow. If I knew this was going to happen I would have gone into the store. Worst experience with this company, no words for how I’m feeling right now.
