Having the customers have to spend hours on calls to fix something that should never have to be fixed or give evidence of something they were promised or stated they were getting. I been with Verizon off and on due to continued issues like this. The last being Supervisor Kai who tried to make things right and then offered me some deals to keep me as a customer. In the end the main deal of paying of my existing “contract” cost of my two phones which were being “paid” by Verizon anyways due to a promotion would be paid off in full with a guarantee trade in value which those came out to be accurate but the paying off the remaining balance was not taken care of. Spent two hours on the phone until I reach a “floor supervisor” stating he did find in the notes where it stated this after I had asked if all calls are recorded. After almost 2 hrs not finding it he magically finds it after I state that. Evidence trail was found. I had requested to be contacted by Kai and Another service person who called and did the actual ordering work to give me a call back. After 24hrs still no call. I asked for a corporate number to reach someone who I could address this with and was given two tech service numbers. Also requested a call back from a supervisor with no response.
Another instance of being charged for something I was promised and then have to spend hours to get evidence to support what I was saying with no results. I was going to leave for this same on going reason that every time I make a change to my account I am told one thing something isn’t done. Then having to spend hours to get things corrected. All with having evidence to back up the errors/just adding stuff to my account. Seems odd that I have to have evidence every time and when I do it’s corrected after spending hours to prove something I shouldn’t ever have to or deal with. I’m always told I’m a valued customer but am I. I know all the documents and fine print I need to keep and read. I’m not even going to explain the lengthy issues that have happened in less than 4 years. Needless to say I had 12 lines and now I am down to 5 as I am slowly getting my lines off as contracts end. Should have left and cancelled all my lines a few weeks ago when I had the chance. Someone who is higher than a “supervisor” please contact me about this. For those who have made it this far let me know your similar issues.
